The Golden State Warriors are inching closer in beating Chicago Bulls record after the Warriors beat Oklahoma City Thunder on Thursday night. The victory also marks the defending champ sweeping their three games against the Thunder in the season. The Thunder played the Warriors close in two previous meetings, but it was 121-106 rout in a packed in Oracle Arena last night.

The Warriors improved to 55-5 record compared to 56-6 record set by the 1995-96 Chicago Bulls at this juncture of 60 games in the season. The win also match the NBA longest home winning streak at 44 which was set up by Bulls.
